GoJuu is a space that honours traditional Japanese gastronomy. It is centred in its first ambassador itamae – the late Takashi Yoshitake-san – in the memory of AYA, in its Clients, in its sushimen and in its staff. Knowing that the most dignified tribute will always be the loyalty to what we learned to admire and respect, these teachings must set us apart – the quality of the fish, the seasonal products, the truth in the confection and the sophisticated simplicity of presentation. At lunch - and with some tables exclusively made available to the Fork at dinner - GoJuu opens its doors to those that share the same passion, aiming at increasing people’s appreciation for Japanese classic dishes by introducing its Masters, its cult places and its followers.”
